Qi-Yo Multiversal Yoga

About Qi-Yo

Qi-Yo is a multiversal approach that integrates yoga, Qi Gong, Tai-chi, shamanic Balinese healing, and other holistic modalities to encourage creative expression and unleash personal transformation. An education in different wisdom traditions empowers every soul to live up to its highest potential.

Multiversal yoga offers a practical spiritual toolkit that allows you to connect the dots between the natural, the human, and the divine – giving you the freedom to combine personal experience, practice, and growth into a new you

Qi-Yo Philosophy

Qi-Yo practices emphasize the liberating of the individual from imposed programming and social-media manipulation, helping tap latent creativity to gain insight and clarity. Relinquishing all frames, letting go of all assumptions, shedding all masks, we are free to know our truest, most authentic selves. The multiversal concepts of unity and divine reciprocity underlie the principles of Qi-Yo.

The various practices strip the being from the external accretions to tap the essence – a place where every individual is whole and complete. Instead of fitting into a mold or constantly affixing ourselves to something, we are free to experience our full earthly embodiment – our body – the vehicle for the unique expression of our inner genius. Free from labels and forms, we seek higher guidance, with balance and happiness as our goals.

All the arts of yoga invite the highest self to come in, suspending mental chatter and putting the ego in its place. In that quiet space of omniscience, we are ready to glimpse the multiverse of possibilities through the unity of all creation. Being here and now; having let go of confines, judgments, prejudices; wanting neither quick fix nor immediate result, we can experience ourselves as a link in a universal chain. The journey is our world – within and without. The destination is our own higher self.

Qi-Yo Origins

Multiversal yoga is no yoga label or brand. It is an open, interactive, spiritual space for awakening one’s own potential. Qi-Yo was founded by Agung Sangha in 1996 as a multiversal form of yoga. Synthesizing Vedantic yoga, classic Qi Gong, and Balinese shamanism, he was initiated into the idea of creating a multiversal sangha – a shared hub where all souls, regardless of race, age, gender, or physical ability, could assemble and hone their spiritual instruments.

A modular practice that teachers tailor to students’ needs, Qi-Yo can help you explore your potential, release stress, and gain flexibility in every sense. It can also help unblock energy channels in order to promote deep healing.

Opening up to unimagined possibilities, you are able to perceive yourself and the world with new eyes.
